How long will it take to ship my order?

Due to the nature of some of our items and accessories being in stock and others derived from print-on-demand,

we ask that you allow a 2-3 day processing time and up to approximately 3-11 additional days for fulfillment. Most orders will be fulfilled well before this timeframe, however in a supply chain challenged era and due to mass shipping delays internationally, we want to set your expectations properly. Once orders have been shipped a tracking # will be forwarded to the email provided at the time of order.

We aim for customer satisfaction so our policy lasts 15 days from receipt of your purchased item(s). Due to the nature of many of our products being print-on-demand they only qualify for a refund or replacement under the following conditions: 

-If the product is materially flawed

-If the product received is different from what is presented on the site

To initiate a refund or replacement, please utilize the ‘Contact US’ form or email us at thedivinecollection69@gmail.com with your original Order No. and reason for return within 15 days of being in receipt of order. All refunds and exchanges will be reviewed on a case- by- case basis to determine the proper resolution. 

We review claims within 72 business hours.

If your order qualifies for a replacement, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.

If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
