We aim for customer satisfaction so our policy lasts 15 days from receipt of your purchased item(s). Due to the nature of many of our products being print-on-demand they only qualify for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
-If the product is materially flawed
-If the product received is different from what is presented on the site
To initiate a refund or replacement, please utilize the ‘Contact US’ form or email us at thedivinecollection69@gmail.com with your original Order No. and reason for return within 15 days of being in receipt of order. All refunds and exchanges will be reviewed on a case- by- case basis to determine the proper resolution.
We review claims within 72 business hours.
If your order qualifies for a replacement, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.
If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
